THIRD PAIR OF SHORTS IN 2 DAYS?! WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME.
Ah well... they're comfy for spending the day out to... study. Haha, i'm excused.
Got this with the Roann Ruffled Swish Skirt (which i'm dying to wear!!) and used my 2nd (and last) GroupOn voucher. Should have bought more vouchers :'( they are so worth it. Missypixie seems to be launching clothes i want every Sunday.
The material used is quite thin and slightly sheer. Great for the HOT weather.
The thin material is a problem when you want to tuck in long tops. I tried wearing my mango spag with this but it bunched up and rolled up, creating ugly bulges. Changed to LRH's Denim Bloom bustier instead which has a short length (am appreciating the short length in this instance). Sheerness shouldn't be a problem in the black pair though. The black trimming along the functional pockets add more detail to the already chic pair of shorts that have a great tailored and neat cut. Comes with 2 functional pockets and a concealed side zip for easy wearing. I would say this steers towards a preppy yet stylishly casual look. Fits well with allowance and the length is alright for me.
