I wonder why they named this dress the Tiara dress... Maybe cause it makes you feel like a princess (or queen if you prefer). The contrast in material is good! I like the more fitted and rigid top part as compared to the soft and flowy flared white chiffon skirt. The blue and white porcelain floral prints go very well with the white bottom as well. Chose this as my dress for my anniversary dinner with T!
