Koh Grill & Sushi Bar @ Wisma

Saw the Shiok Maki on Instagram from my friends... and ever since I saw it, I really wanted to try it! Was so happy the night we finally went to try it. Made a reservation before we went! (To avoid queues and disappointment, always book in advance)

I actually thought it would be a restaurant, but it's kinda like a small section of Food Republic in Wisma. There's a sushi side and a teppanyaki side. Sat at the sushi side since we were gonna have the sushi! It is very crowded and squeezy. Oh well.

Ordered the Shiok Maki 1st & 2nd Gen, Spicy Salmon Roll & Salmon Sashimi Salad cause we were hungry and greedy. Teehee. Ohmymama, the food looks so glorious. Every bit of roe & mayo & salmon... tastes like heaven. I was super happy after eating each piece of sushi. It's like a food-gasm each time, hehe.

I'd rank the Shiok Maki 1st Gen in 1st place, then the Spicy Salmon Roll then the Shiok Maki 2nd Gen. Somehow the taste of the 1st Gen roll was much better, in my opinion. Paid about $75 including another bento set in all! But, it was so worth it. There was a line outside by the time we were done eating. It is popular for a reason! Will be back for more!
