Outfit Review: Love Bonito Scotts Skirt, Oh Vola Vivienne Heels, Shop Obsessions Celine Inspired Bag

Hello! I don't have much free time left for my holidays, so I shall review a few things at one go. I wore all of these out on a single day and brought out my new bag too. I've previously reviewed the Ashley Tank which I wore as the top, so please refer to the earlier post.

Skirt

Houndstooth print has been trending for a while. Especially with all the monochrome fever around, this fits right into the season. It's quite a fun print, which is very eye-catching. The flare of the skirt is very nicely done such that it sways and swishes as you walk. Swishing skirt + eye-catching print = a winning combo if you wanna gather some attention. The black & white prints are very suitable for the office environment as well with a formal blouse/plain top and flats/heels. Took my usual LB Size M and it still fits me with allowance. The skirt comes with a side zip. It is not inner lined, but is not sheer.

Heels

I wasn't too sure about the heels. But the colour is pretty rare and the boy likes the look, so it was 'go'. The tiffany colour is quite hard to find for shoes. I like the dainty look of kitten heels and the double buckle straps at the ankles. It draws more attention to the ankles, i'd say. The heels are made of patent, so it is shiny. The height at 3" according to the site is a decent height for walking around in. But since it's closed toe, i'd prefer not to walk around all day in it. It should be quite suitable for offices where you can sit down for most of the day.

Bag

This bag has definitely been making its rounds around the internet and the blogshop arena. Most of them are overpriced and do not carry this cobalt blue that I want. I don't dare to search on Taobao too cause my chinese ain't that good and I don't exactly know how the shipping works. I found this website when I was browsing one of those marketplace shops and saw that the price was quite reasonable at <$40 before shipping. It's a preorder so I had to wait a few weeks for its arrival. Now that it's here, YAY! I love the striking blue. It's spacious but can't fit A4. I prefer to carry it with the 'wings' sticking out. Add some colour to your overall look with the Celine Trapeze Bag! (Sorry, no $$$ to buy the real thing.)
