Formal in Winter?

Why do we not have 4 seasons over here :(

I don't have a winter wardrobe and I don't really know how to dress well for winter, zomg. Style + Comfort + Not Freezing To Death = SO HARD TO PUT TOGETHER. Well, maybe cause my clothes for winter are limited as well...

I don't wanna look like i'm going for some aerobics class or looking mismatched by throwing a dress over pants which don't really go with heels/pumps..?

OH GOSH. HELP :(

I can do the casual styling, but... formal is totally not my strength. :/ Shall keep experimenting...
