Review: Love Bonito Fanning Flats x5

These are my obsession. I think that's even an understatement. Had to camp for these even when I was studying in the Medicine Library. I was so annoyed that the NUS wireless was so slow that I missed my cobalt pair and had to refresh for 45 mins just to get it!

Okay so out of the 6 colours that were launched, I grabbed 5. Boy, was it expensive. Each pair without postage is already $34. I got reg postage for 4 pairs so make that like $9 more + normal mail for the last one which is $2 more. Yes, do the math. My bank account is crying, and I probably won't buy anymore shoes till I get to Bangkok in Dec. (Maybe just 1 pair of the heeled version of the flats, in cobalt.)

I always buy size 38 for flats even though i'm kinda in between size 37/38 for C&K/Aldo shoes. These fit me just right this time round, even with the pointed front. Most of my flats are pointed, because I think round flats make my legs look stubbier, no thank you. I wouldn't dare claim they are comfy because I haven't worn them out yet. The colours are so gorgeous though. Each pair is a classic on its own, with the gold cap. Gold caps make every shoe classy. Suede on gold = even classier.

The gold cap is kinda more of the muted gold kind and it's not super duper metallic gold shiny which I love too. I'm alright with the toned down gold since these flats are meant for hospital wear and I do not want to attract too much unwanted attention. The soles of the flats are thick and slightly cushioned and is embossed with the LB logo and words. Should hope to wear them soon.

In the meantime, they make a gorgeous collection. (No, I will not get khaki.)

The colours I bought ranked in order of prettiness:
Cobalt, Wine, Violet, Black, White

Feast your eyes on these babies. The lighting is too dark though, refer to LB's site for true colours. Pictures are slowly updated because I did not receive all at the same time.

Rating: 5/5

Edit// Comfort Level
Okay i wore my violet pair out to school today for about half a day. It was quite comfortable and I only got 1 blister at the back. Maybe it was cause I actually did dance practice in these flats. Hahaha yes, they are that sturdy. It doesn't really squish my toes cause my feet aren't that broad in the first place. So yeahhh, tried & tested! It's pretty comfy! ^^
