Today has been intense. I'm glad that reviews are my pick-me-ups! Helps me to destress a little! :)
Yes today was another comfy attire day. I've worn these shorts out before a while back but I haven't reviewed this since my blog is rather new. So here goes~
I first saw these in KJ and tried them on for the sizes! I chose L for a more comfy fit in the end. BUT, the price tag was $30+, so I didn't think that it was worth it to pay that amount for a pair of shorts. Lo and behold! TVD had a sale and they were selling this pair of shorts. I quickly commented right on the dot and got invoiced for it! :D Chose Prussian Blue out of all the colours available! Prussian Blue = Navy to me though.
I like the combi of navy blue and gold. (Can't really see the colour from the photos, sorry!) The gold buttons and trimmings go perfectly with the navy blue! As the name suggests, it is of nautical design, which is an adorable design! A well made and structured pair of shorts with a concealed back zip. The good thing about these pair of shorts is that they don't hug the hips/thighs tightly! (Y)! Comes with 2 functional side pockets. A simple top would go well with these shorts :)
Great addition to my shorts collection! I'm gonna hunt this down in white!

edit 12am// I didn't get anything from LB! Was eyeing the Jemma Dress and even carted out 1 in each colour for M size. Couldn't decide which colour! Was gonna settle on White/Violet. I carted out the Hathaway Heels in Black 38 too! But in the end, I cancelled all my orders because I wasn't sure if the bubble hem suited my body frame. No vavavoom figure like Zianna/Bea or endless legs like theirs! As for the heels, I have a similar pair that I spree-ed from my friend's lj! Previously reviewed under the 'Strayedheart' label! I shall decide about the dress again after reading some reviews on BOS.lj (hopefully people will review!) Oh and I saw from TTR's launch that they released the extras from the Citygirl Fairylights Maxi Skirt BO! Thankfully I got mine from a seller on the forum at a lower price. She'll mail it out tomorrow! Hope I get it soon! The rest of the launches didn't have pieces that caught my eye.
