London has so much good food! Simply couldn't try all cause of time & budget constraints! Here's what I have eaten so far~

Steak Frites, Fish & Chips, Desserts, Pizzas, Burgers... everything!! :)

Currently am in London! Will be here for 2 weeks more then off to Spain, Portugal and Greece! Hiatus for the clothes/food reviews! The weather is so erratic, hoping for more sunny yet breezy days!

Food Review: Sanpou Tei

There's a new ramen shop in the industry and it's really near my house - in Holland V! It's another one of those authentic ramen shops from Japan that come and set up shop in SG. Their signature ramen would be the shoyu based ramen on the first page of their menu. My favourite would be the tonkotsu based ramen because I prefer the rich flavour of the pork broth. The chefs are mostly Japanese (I think) and they make a mean tonkotsu ramen. They give very generous portions of noodles with the standard 2 slices of chashu!! The chashu is delicious and melts in your mouth. Just look at that yolk - 'nuff said. 

Their sides are pretty good too - bamboo shoot or salads. Another highlight would be their mini don bowls that are about $4 for a small portion. Our favourite one is the pork belly don with the runny egg yolk!! SO GOOD. I would totally eat this every week. 

The shop itself is quite tiny and narrow, so sometimes there are long queues! Avoid peak hours! 

Review: Intoxiquette Floral Peace Dress

Gorgeous dress with short sleeves! Never actually tried this design/style before and I think it's quite sweet. The sleeves add a more demure feel to the overall look somehow. I really like how to colours of the prints work well with each other too. This is a total sweetheart dress, but I think I will stick to sleeveless dresses cause my shoulders feel so restricted in the sleeves. Double-lined so it's not sheer at all. Very appropriate for work or even dates!

Review: Fairebelle Canyon Floral Neoprene Dress

There's a whole rage about dresses with this material and I can see why. It's a lovely thick spongy material that is like those in scuba suits, so it's super durable. The material is very lux and would not go out of shape easily. The only downside is that it may be a little thick for extremely humid days. I joined the BO for this dress cause I love the prints and how feminine yet quirky it is with florals and geometric shapes. The colours are also suitable for a summer laid-back dress for outings!

Review: The Blush Inc Davis Floral Printed Dress

Insanely distracted with my studying these 2 weeks. I need so many frequent breaks. At least my third year is finally coming to an end. Just 6 days and i'll be free ~ LONDON in < 3 weeks!!

Okay. I got this dress a few months ago, so this review is really delayed. Got it before the CNY period intending to wear it for 1 of the days and also for ward/school days. So it must be presentable and professional, yet cheery and bright enough for CNY.

These prints caught my eye when TBI launched them in blue, red and pink. I eventually chose the pink over the blue because I think it's a sweeter colour and I have more blue in my closet. The fit of the dress is great for me. It comes with a smooth inner lining so the dress is definitely not sheer at all. The back zip is an ease to do up. Wouldn't mind getting more of this dress in different prints!

Another online marketplace for your smartphone/tablet! Except, I love this one cause it's just so convenient and addictive. I am always scrolling through the various sections for new things to buy. Especially when exams are around the corner, retail therapy is a must. I, too, have lots to sell so I simply list them for sale on this app under 'dearmaxinealexa'. It's super easy, just take some pics, put in the item name + description and the price... Voila! You're ready to sell. Other users can like and comment on your item. When there's an interested buyer, there's a private 'Chat to Buy' function as well! After the deal has been made, you can then mark it as Sold! ***My favourite part*** Hehe.
